Alright, so 'Data' is raw or unorganized facts that need to be processed. Hence, 'Data' can be something seemingly random and useless until it is organized.

When 'Data' is:

1) Processed,

2) Organized,

3) Structured

4) & Presented in a given context

so as to make it useful, it can then be called as 'Information'.
